We have policies and procedures covering the following:- Arrival and Collection, Behaviour Management, Confidentiality, Equal Opportunities, Risk Assessment and Child Protection, Sickness, Accident and Emergency and Lost or Missing Child.
We use The National Childminding Association contracts to ensure the contractual obligations of all parties concerned.
We work closely with parents through several channels of communication, from daily chats and diary sheets to six monthly progress reports.
